“If I could give Faith Longtin 10-stars, I would. She is worth so much more than the commission she earns. I have used numerous real estate agents over the years, but I have never met one that hustles more than Faith or that more deserves the praise I will heap upon her.
First, most agents take your requirements, load them into the MLS, and set you up for constant emails for you to sift through, leaving you to do all the work. In fact, I have had several agents set me up for MLS emails then never contact me again. Faith will also set you up for MLS emails, but she also personally searches properties for you. She emailed me numerous search results she came up with though her own efforts. She helps you narrow down exactly what you’re looking for. I have never had an agent do this for me.
Faith is also incredibly knowledgeable about the whole real estate process. I have bought and sold several properties over the years, so I consider myself pretty savvy with real estate transactions. However, I was shocked how many times Faith would ask very important questions of the seller that I did not even think to ask. She probably kept me from making a lot of mistakes that I would have regretted later.
Faith gets very involved in the process like no other agent. She has a great eye for property issues. She was there when we did the walk through of the property and noticed numerous issues that needed fixing that I never saw. Buying and selling real estate is very stressful, but Faith can help reduce the stress. If you include her in communications you receive from anyone involved in your real estate transaction, she can explain to you everything that is happening, advise you on your courses of action, and help you stay proactive and ahead of the game.
